What made you decide to become a URA?

When I was searching for a job focused on human support based on my previous research experience and collaborative work with academia, I encountered the position of URA and I decided to embark on this role, dedicating my second career to it.

Additional comments

When I came back to Japan from UK after finishing studying abroad, I got a good scolding from an airport officer because of overstay and almost got arrested! That is a bittersweet memory in my work career.
