Specialized field/skill

Law (esp. Constitutional Law)

What made you decide to become a URA?

The Center for Interdisciplinary Studies of Law and Policy (hereinafter called KILAP) needed help from URAs, but there was no URA specializing in Law and Politics at KURA. Therefore, the Director of KILAP introduced me to KURA.
The interdisciplinary and international research on cutting-edge legal policy issues (the task of KILAP) and the enhancement of Kyoto University's knowledge-creation capabilities (the task of KURA), both of them will have a great importance in our future society.
Therefore, I became keenly interested in the activities of KILAP and KURA, which motivated me to apply for this job.
