What made you decide to become a URA?

Because I have been attracted to 'university' as a place, where diverse knowledge and people interact, I have naturally stayed on this long. I wanted to work on research administration building on my experience as an administrative staff and as a librarian and I was fascinated by the fun of creating a new job in a university. That's why I decided "an entire career change" within Kyoto University.
